  • Notifications of acceptance and guidelines for presentation will be available by January 28, 2019.
  • All presenters must register and pay for the congress. Only presenting authors of accepted abstracts (excluding co-authors) are entitled to Super Early Bird registration rates.

  • Abstracts will be reviewed on a rolling basis, ending on January 22, 2019 (Singapore).
  • Indicate whether submission will be Scientific or Educational
    • Scientific submissions should include: Objectives, Methods & Materials, Results and Conclusion
    • Educational submissions should include: Learning Objectives, Background, Findings & Procedure Details and Conclusion
  • Abstract should contain:
    • Title of the paper
    • Names of the author, co-authors (if applicable), department/affiliations, cities and countries
    • Email of presenting author
  • All abstracts should be in English
  • Word limit of 250 words (including title)
  • Submission of an abstract constitutes a commitment by the author(s) to present their work if the abstract is accepted. Presentation is expected to reflect the contents of the abstract.
  • Patient confidentiality and adherence to intellectual property rights are to be maintained.
