Dear Friends and Colleagues,

We are delighted to invite you to join us for the 6th Singapore Rehabilitation Conference, taking place on 17th and 18th July 2020 at the CAREhab GO digital platform.

The theme for this upcoming conference is “Rehabilitation: The Continuum of Care Through Our Patients’ Journey”. Thus during this conference, we hope to explore with you the stages our patients go through as they recover from a period of illness and the many advances in rehabilitation treatments at each stage.

As such, the conference is centred around three major tracks: Neurological/Stroke rehabilitation, Cancer Rehabilitation and Geriatric/General Rehabilitation. Our expert faculty will discuss the latest exciting developments ranging from the acute stage rehabilitation in the Intensive Care Unit to the profound community rehabilitation initiatives in the chronic rehabilitation stage.

We will be exploring recent trends such as the use of technology to address the swelling demand from an aging population on already stretched rehabilitative services. The conference will allow our local rehabilitation practitioners to share relevant practices amongst institutes at all levels, whether a large tertiary care hospital or well-run day rehabilitation centre. The collaborating between local and regional colleagues is an eye-opening experience to be shared and enjoyed at this conference.

We look forward to seeing you at our conference on 17th July 2020.
